气液阻尼缸原理与应用

气液阻尼缸是以压缩空气为动力源，驱动气缸通过封闭的油缸的阻尼调节作用获得平稳地运动。这类产品主要应用于机床和机械切削加工中的恒定进给装置。市面生产的气液阻尼缸主要有串联式，并联式，分体式三种。其中运动分为快进—慢进—快退，和慢进—快退等多种形式。用户根据不同需要在订货时加以说明。  

   当气油缸后腔通气时，控制阀开启，实现快进，当活塞上的磁环接近磁性开关时，触发信号使控制阀关闭，节流阀起阻尼作用实现慢进，当气液转换器上口进气时，缸快速退回。 此缸能实现在任意位置上的快进—慢进—快退组合功能。

  气液阻尼缸之安装尺寸参阅SC标准气缸（SC气缸网页上有标注）。串联式长度约为标准缸的2倍。
