空气增压器工作原理

空气自动增压器，英文名为“Booster”,其原理是利用多个气缸互相对压，由于两边活塞的力面积有区别，造成对压时两边的压力不平衡，为了平衡两边的出力平衡，出力小的那边的气压会被活塞压缩，使之为更高压的气体。
我们可以利用物理数据来解释原理：气缸的出力F=P×S （P表示气压力；S表示活塞面积），两个气缸对压的时候，一个气缸压力为F1，另一个为F2，此时两个气缸同时通入相同气压的气体（P1=P2)，假如一个气缸的缸径S1大于另一个气缸S2，则P1×S1>P2×S2即F1>F2，推力小的气缸活塞会被推着向后退，P2被挤压会升高。当活塞退到某个地方，P2的压力上升到一定程度，使得此时的P1×S1=P2×S2，两个气缸的出力相等，两气缸的活塞就会停止移动。这就是P2增压的过程。
增压器根据控制方式的不同，分为气增压和和电增压两种。除了增压压缩空气，空气增压器还可以增压某些特殊气体或者液体，使之压力上升到一个目标值（2～10倍）以达到使用或者储存的目的。
