气液增压缸原理

气液增压缸一般简称增压缸。

　气液增压缸是结合是气缸和油缸优点而改进设计的，液压油与压缩空气严格隔离，缸内的活塞杆接触工作件后自动启程，动作速度快，且较气压传动稳定，缸体装置简单，出力调整容易，相同条件下可达到油压机之高出力，能耗低，软着陆不损模具，安装容易并且特殊增压缸可多角度安装，所占用的空间小，故障少无温升之困扰，寿命长，噪声小，等核心特性。

　　增压缸使用一般气压即能达成油压缸之高出力，不需要液压单元。

　　增压缸一般可分为：预压式增压缸、直压式增压缸、行程可调增压缸、加大回程拉力增压缸、紧凑并列型增压缸、迷你型增压缸、快速型增压缸、油气隔离型增压缸。　

　　增压缸的工作频率，按照不同的行程及缸径一般在10~70次/分钟

　　作动方式：双动

　　操作速度：50~1000mm/s

出力范围：1~100吨

　　应用范围：压印标记、弯折型材、模具冲孔、冲切钢材、型材碰焊、挤模成型、压平校直、铆接锻压、整型钣金、紧密装配、铆合连接、金属冲压。

增压缸系—使用一般气压即能达成油压缸之高出力，不需要液压单元。其结构为气缸+油缸+空油转换筒

　　特点：.1. 速度较快，且出力稳定。

　2.装置简单，调整容易，保养方便。

　3.出力大，可达到油压之高出力。

4.动力来源取得方便。

5.噪音小。

6.压系统升温之扰。

缺点：1.气液增压缸之行程有一定范围的限制。

2.吨位一般最大不超过100吨

　　（理论上来说，行程、出力之大小一般直接影响增压缸的大小、动作频率、能耗大小等）
